I don’t often write reviews but this product has me over the moon! I have bought so many journals and was continually disappointed, until I found this one! The quality and craftsmanship is so impressive! For something like this id expect to have to pay much more. In addition, this has helped me create better habits, find ways to self reflect and has made my day to day much more enjoyable. I make sure to set aside a little time with this journal each day, and every day I close this journal with a smile. This product is fantastic!

My therapist suggested I keep a journal last year, and I found this one. I liked it enough to buy another one for this year. It has enough room per day to keep note of anything interesting without feeling like you need to fill up an entire page with filler, and the daily "what you're thankful for" and "self affirmations" are more helpful than I thought they'd be. I probably spend more time just on those than I spend actually journaling. It really helps you find a pattern in what you really appreciate consistently. Its also nice that you can go back and easily see how your goals have changed over time in the front of the journal.The physical quality of the journal is pretty high quality too.

It's only been a few weeks, but I really like this journal. I bought it as a gift, but my dogs chewed open the box. As I was checking for damage, I started to go through the journal. I decided to keep it for me and order a new one for the gift. The space to actually journal is a bit small, but I can just use the next date if I need more room. I love that I'm expected to journal my gratitude as I think it's important to find the good in each day. Habits, self-reflections … very well done. I've seen complaints about the instructions, etc. If I didn't like a particular part, then I'd just ignore it.

Gratitude journaling has been a therapeutic method of focusing on the positive for me for a while now, but when I received this journal as a gift, I fell in love. I love that it tracks sleep, provides a thoughtful quote, an affirmation for self, and space for gratitude/journaling (I can't write just one sentence so my gratitude bleeds onto the rest of the page and sometimes into my journal-journal). The self-affirmation is so important that not many people think about. I have bought two more of these for some of my high school students who struggle with mental health. They loved it. STRONGLY recommend if you want to savor life and focus on the positive while being uplifted <3
