Q: So, does it have a handle? The photo/description says yes, but the reviewers say no...

Amazon has 3 different models offered on this listing page. Two of them do NOT have a handle, only the CHW 20221 model does have a handle. Amazon's listing of multiple products on a single product page makes buying an item needlessly confusing to the consumer.

Q: what are the inside dimensions?

I found that you can look on their website at SentrySafe.com the medium box is listed as for exterior dimensions "6.6 in x 15.4 in x 14.3 in". and the interior dimensions are 4.4 in x 12.8 in x 8.5 in.

Q: Both the photos and description of this product indicate a carry handle and inside straps, but reviewers say no. Is that correct and if so, WHY ???

There are different models. The SentrySafe CHW20221 has the inside straps and is submergible in water.

Q: Are the in-lid straps included?

If you look at the picture of the one with the inside straps, it's a model with a handle. And that would be the CHW20221.
