Q: is this litter flushable?

Not if you have a septic tank! Most cay litter is made from clay. It will settle at the bottom of a septic tank like concrete. We had to replace our septic tank because of it.

Q: What am i doing wrong, this is supposed to be dust free - but gives off tremendous dust whenever i scoop out the litter box? should i spray with water

I have a covered litter box. I don't get much dust when scooping. Only when (if) I scatter/spread the litter around the box after scooping, which I kind of flick it around the box to even it out (my dude tends to shovel it all into one corner or another,) then I get a bit of a cloud. But as I said, the box is covered so the dust is pretty much contained. I think spraying it with water will just clump whatever gets wet so that might be a solution if you just spray a light spray on top. Or it might just clump. Maybe try just scooping slower/more gently to disturb it less (or try a covered box so it won't matter as much)

Q: Do these come sealed like in the stores under the cap?

I've ordered this product twice and I don't recall it being 'sealed' under the cap! Actually I can't imagine why it would be 'sealed' under the cap....For God's Sake: It just cat litter....It's not something that your going to put in your mouth!

Q: What does one pack mean? Two jugs = a pack??

I got one jug that lasted me a bit over a month with one cat, two small litter boxes each filled twice during the month and topped off as needed.
