What an excellent anti acne medication and anti aging moisturizer! No one would have thought it was possible to have these two treatments in one product. I am a 55 year old Asian woman, menopausal, to say the least, who is experiencing all those wonderful things that come along with it! Yes, I have menopausal acne. Never heard of such a thing until I started breaking out. I though those days were over. NOT! I haven't had an acne break out for decades. So this episodic event comes as a great surprise! Mind you, it's not a lot of acne but enough to concern me. I have been breaking out along my chin and around my mouth. So I went on a quest to find a solution to this, hopefully, periodic, acne break out. I have a few zits but they are stubborn and do not want to leave their happy abode. I've been using it for about 3 days now, and am finding that my zits are drying up and healing. They are no longer red and irritated and the swelling has subsided. There is some dryness and peeling but that is only occurring within and around the pimples themselves. My pores look smaller and my complexion looks and feels smoother and more even. I'm surprised at how soft and moisturized my skin feels. Gone are the days when all that existed was that "Dry and Clear" acne medication with benzoyl peroxide ( a product from ages ago) that dried your skin out and bleached your hair, clothes and everything that came into contact with it. It always seemed to make my skin even angrier than it was from the start. I really like how this treatment resolves my acne issues but at the same time keeps my skin calm and non volatile. Unfortunately my skin issues are two-fold. I am oily in my T-Zone but am experiencing dryness in my cheeks. However, since using this product, I find that the skin in my cheek area is more moisturized. I was using a BHA exfoliant from Paula's Choice, and it helped a little, but it didn't quite help my skin to make the turn it needed to claim victory over this war with my acne. All in all, I am more than pleased with this product. It has helped me immensely. I plan to continue using this cream for a long time to come. If anyone is in my situation and looking for advice...take it from me, this Neutralyze Renewal Complex- Maximum Strength, Anti Acne, Anti Aging Cream really, really works. This is a top quality moisturizer that keeps away my acne while moisturizing my skin; it is not greasy and absorbs quickly. I will say in the dry months I also use Curology moisturizer on the bits of my face that do get dry. I started using this in February and spent a month quite unhappy because it was purging the acne and it looked really bad, but since then, I have had minimal acne - a first for me! Especially for the price, this is worth a try if you have sensitive dry and oily skin like I do!

Good: I’ve tried this product for about a week now. It’s light in fragrance, have a nice bouncy texture. The ingredients listed have good moisturizer and cleansing effect. It even have some UV filter effect as well!! The acids listed are friendly for acne prone skin due to it acne and acne scars treatment. Bad: I noticed when I use cleansing pads with this product, it’s very sticky to the touch. However, if you was with foam cleanser, it’s not sticky. I do like this product, but cannot love enough since I’m not seeing major acne improvements. Overall: If you have acne prone skin and looking for a good moisturizer, this is the product. I would not have high expectation for acne improvement. However, it won’t make you break out worse.

What would I be doing without this stuff? SUFFERING. I have inflammatory acne. These are the big bumps, deep inside the skin, and they are so painful. Neutralyze has helped in 2 days. I use this along with Bliss clarifying toner, a benzoyl peroxide spot treatment and and AHA cleansing scrub. My skin feels super soft, super clean, and it stays oil free for hours. I usually can’t use a moisturizer due to super oily skin (I can’t even look at a bottle of the super-expensive Olay moisturizers for a woman my age... forget it... breakout city). So, I was reticent to try this, but I was happily surprised that my skin is moisturized and isn’t blowing up with painful, throbbing welts on my face. Pros - Cleared up my acne in 48 hours (used along with Bliss toner and a benzoyl peroxide spot treatment) - Very very soft skin - AHA softens/exfoliates the tiny, hard bumps of dead skin you get around your chin, lower cheeks, and on your neck. - BHA works on the acne and keeps skin sebum in control, tightens pores - Timed release, continues working for hours, even through sweat. I know it’s still there because if I wet my face it feels slick, the product is still on/in my skin - Unscented for sensitive skin and eyes Cons Haven’t found any yet. If I do, I’ll update, but I doubt that I’ll find any cons :) If you’re hesitating buying this, and you’re over 35 with bad acne, this treatment my go a long way to clearing your skin. If you’ve tried Proactive to no avail, try Neutralyze. I have sensitive skin, too, and it didn’t irritate me at all. Just buy it.

This is the only cream the keeps my wrinkles and acne controlled.
