Stopped working in 4 months
I bought this product in January 2024, and within 4 month, it's stopped working. It vibrates for 5 seconds and then stops.Please advise how to sort this issue and whom to contact as it was a very expensive toothbrush.Is this a fake product ?I had a previous oral electric toothbrush which worked for over 10 years .Please can someone help, thanks

The charger is 110-140V… Do I have to purchase a voltage/power converter to 220V? How is this being sold in UAE without this warning?
