I have to give this product 5 stars because I have found nothing wrong with it. I can't get it at stores where we live any more. It is a great drink for me because I am diabetic and this does not make my blood sugar go up. It tastes great! I do use twice the amount they suggest but use an 8 oz cup of water rather than the 6 oz. they suggest.. I like it to be more chocolate than less. I top it off with Ready Whip because it has so few calories vs. marshmallows. I don't drink coffee or tea and this is 99% caffeine free. The packets are handier if you travel but this is more for the money. I use two packets if I get the pockets. I heat up the water first and then add the mix a little at a time so it mixes well. If you like hot chocolate and you don't want the normal calories and carbohydrates, I highly recommend this drink. The taste is one of the best hot chocolates or hot cocoa I have ever had.

This cocoa is FF, low calories and tastes GREAT!! No Whey taste here as in other cocoa mixes of ALL varieties. It is hard to find in stores in this size...to save money. This price is the same as Walmart or Meijer when they carried it a year ago in my area. And less than Walgreens current on-line price. If I do find it locally in stores now, it is in packets=more expensive per ounce, I can't control the amount I use in my cup and there's an environmental impact with each envelope I throw out. The cans are recyclable. No problem here with drinking texture and I'm picky!! I microwave 2+cups water in a Pyrex measuring cup 3 min on high, put cocoa in CUP, add water, float mini-marshmallows … HEAVEN!! Keeps me from eating fattening chocolaty whatever's!

This tastes just like the sugared original version of itself, that used to be labeled "Carnation Rich Milk Chocolate Cocoa Mix", Carnation being owned by Nestle, I assume. (Of course some of that wonderful flavor equality may be due to the fact that as a diabetic I've been using sugar substitutes for years, so most of them taste natural to me.)Another important note is that this fat-free version is nutritionally equivalent to the no-added-sugar version, and this version is less expensive as long as you're willing to buy the 4-pack of canisters. They both cost more than the original version, but that is to be expected.UPDATE: I have now checked the ingredients lists on both this and the no-sugar-added version, and they are identical. I think it's the same product, but that's just my opinion.

I love this hot chocolate so much, I live on it in the winter. It tastes amazing and I love the fact that it's fat free. So many other products out there can't compare, in my opinion. Either they lack in taste, are high in fat and calories, are too expensive, or a combination of all three.I was so upset when I wasn't able find this in stores anymore (makes me wonder who made that call and why). But when my daughter found this listing, I was so happy.Not only is the product great, but I was shocked with the speed of shipping. They were ordered on a Saturday and the following Thursday the package was delivered!Highly recommended!

No fat, so no trans (hydrogenated) fat as many cocoa mixes contain. Robust chocolate flavor and mixes well with water. Hard to find in supermarkets in my area. Glad I can get it this way at a reasonable price.

I've looked at other "Sugar free" hot chocolate and they have a ton of sugar. This brand, which is hard to find, tastes great and has zero sugar.

As a bariatric patient I was looking for a low carb, low sugar, low fat hot chocolate. This fits all those and tastes fantastic as well. I love to make a 24 ounce cup of hot chocolate and mix in a chocolate Premier Protein shake as well. This takes a while to drink but is so yummy and filling. I can't find this in any store in my town, so will gladly buy from Amazon. The price is comparable to what you would pay in the store, if you can find it. Try this hot chocolate, you will not be disappointed.

I love this product. not only does it taste great, it is low fat and calories, and satisfactory low levels of sodium. It has the same amount of calcium as milk, which other cocoa products do not.
