Q: Will this container hold Exquisite embroidery thread spools?

I am not familiar with Exquisite embroidery thread. If it has a spool similar to Isacord embroidery thread it will fit. Isacord thread is a perfect fit. If Exquisite thread is like Madeira thread I would not recommend this product. It would be a waste of space in my opinion.

Q: Has anyone used this with Floriani Embroidery Thread?

I have not. Was just looking at this for my Floriani thread and am disappointed. However I did buy Artbin's Super Satchel Thread Organizer for my regular sewing threads and it is tall enough for my Floriani thread spools and I think it would hold a fair number of spools. I will get another one of those and try it.

I do not think this will work for your spools of thread. Mine are 3" in heights and a little less than 2" in width (Isacord). But that fits 3 spools across. I agree with the comment from CraftTown and would choose Artbin's Super Satchel Semi.

Will the 500 yard spools from missouri star quilt co. fit these trays? spools are 1-7/8" across bottom and 2-3/8" high.
