Outstanding quality in every way!
I originally purchased a different brand for my daughter which was defective. What a blessing in disguise! I discovered the Soundbook Go and did some research. I wanted to know if it was loud enough and after not receiving a response to that query on amazon I contacted the company directly. They responded right away and answered my question. When it arrived I tested it out and was thoroughly impressed. More importantly my daughter has it in her dorm room now and she LOVES it! All of the other kids want one too. Their current bluetooth speakers don't hold a candle to this one. Bayan will be my go to company when I purchase my next item-the higher end model for home. Beautifully designed and constructed and the sound quality will blow your mind!

Great speaker - would give it more stars if i could. Recommended.
This is an amazing little speaker. I was looking to an alternative to the Bose Soundlink, which is an excellent device but out of my price range.After some research, i settled on the Bayan and was blown away at the quality of the sound especially for the price I got the device at.My device did develop a bluetooth issue but i emailed the company (didn't go through amazon) and they were straight back to me and within a few days they sent my a new device with no hassle whatsoever.... excellent customer service.I use this speaker pretty much every day as a speaker for either my phone or laptop. I can't stress enough how highly i rate this product from this British company. My Wife hates technology but she is always stealing this speaker off me!!I like the styling on it too. I not sure if the angle for the speaker is for aesthetics or the ergonomics... i suspect the latter.The only minor point is the speaker doesn't stand upright when it is off (the cover is closed), but that doesn't bother me in the slightest.

Bluetooth failure
Even though the speaker initially connected straight away to Bluetooth it failed on repeated attempts to reconnect on the second day of usage either with my iPad or my iPhone. I returned the unit and was fully refunded. A big disappointment as the product looked very good.

This is very very load and the sound quality is amazing. A very good base.
