Bought as a gift for my sister. She loved it and so did her coworkers. It was a big hit with the ladies at her work. Stylish and works great for her morning coffee.

I really wanted to like this but its so bad quality that within 3 days of use a piece of the clear top broke off and i almost swallowed it. It probably broke off with the heat of my coffee. After that coffee does not come out only little drops at a time. Also, Coffee does not stay hot. I'm back looking for a new one now. So disappointing.

Easy to hold, easy to clean, and it keeps hot things hot and if you prefer cold it will take care of it.

Gave this as a gift for my girlfriend who loves Kate and polka dots in general. Colors, pattern, everything looked great on it and she loved it when she opened her gift!However there are a few problems with it, notably the sliding mechanism on the top to either open or close the lid on when you need to take a drink. Unfortunately that slide did not last long, maybe a few morning coffees, before sliding off completely in the car. I was able to reattach it, but repeat use would lead to the same thing happening again and again to the point it fell off completely and we couldn’t find the piece. Which means unfortunately that part is now always exposed and there’s no sealing, which may lead to some leaks with regular use.All in all it’s a pretty cup, my girlfriend loves it, but the build quality seems to be lacking, especially with the top.
