Riv nut tool
Mopar didn’t even want to sell me this tool, but found it on Amazon. Wasn’t sure it would work for 2021 Ram 2500 for mounting the running boards so it was a gamble per the description. Worked flawlessly though. Instructions indicate to use wrench for compressing the riv nut, but I assure you using a ratchet is recommended to rotate the head bolt tool 3 full revolutions. Thanks to Lee auto for stepping up and selling this as a tool for the DIY’ers. Kudos to them.

The hex thread sets are really what your buying, the install tool sucks to a**. if you have access to a thread setter(rivet tool) then you can save a lot of headache by using that.
