Lollipop Baby Camera with True Crying Detection (Turquoise)

We ordered the camera right before our baby was born. We didn't have time to open the box and check the camera during that time. When we had time to check it unfortunately we found the camera was not working and Amazon return window has closed. We contacted to the Lollipop customer support and explained what happened, they were very helpful and in the end they agreed to send us a replacement camera. This one is working well and very helpful to monitor our baby.

The lollipop customer care team has been forthcoming in addressing all the issues from time to time and been patient to guide me in doing a factory reset. They’ve followed up to check in if everything is ok post guidance. Great service

Didn’t connect with my wifi even it is 2.4g Not recommended

Nice concept, modern looking, but incredibly frustrating. We bought two, and both stop working within first 10 months. Constant connecting in and out, camera buffing circle, the bender wire snapped on one of them. I’m usually very savy when it comes to tech but this had me so frustrated. Unfortunately does have a robust and established connection…but it looks very very cute.

Most of the time lagging, doesn’t connect to the internet well , so I can’t monitor my baby well!!! most of the features need to be paid.. I don’t like it 👎🏼

I love how easy it is to move this camera around from room to room and how small and compact it is to travel with. We had some issues with the cord and we emailed support and they got right back to us with answers. I also messaged them on instagram two separate times when I was having issues and they got right back to me.

Really good monitor with all what you really need! Simple and quick setup with easy mount to attach of position anywhere. App is intuitive and useful to understand quickly when the little one may be upset or crying. The only small (but almost negligible) shortcoming would be that the camera needs a strong wifi signal as otherwise you encounter an occasional disconnection and can’t view the baby. Doesn’t happen often. Otherwise thumbs up!

I am so in love with this baby monitor. It was so easy and quick to set up. I actually had a great baby monitor which I loved, but the Lollipop Baby Monitor surpasses my prior camera by far. The key feature which I love the most has to be the app - it is amazing!!! Reasons I absolutely love the Lollipop Baby Camera: - Excellent audio and video quality, it has Infrared Night Vision - pictures are so clear! - Video Recording and snapshot - when the camera detects crying or loud noises it captures 30 seconds video clips which you can go back and watch it at a later time - It has a timeline feature which I love - my daughter moves around a lot in her sleep so it’s nice to be able to go to the app and see her movements throughout the night - The crying and noise detection is amazing - and sends notifications to your phone - My favourite is if I leave my baby with someone else to take care of her, I can actually go to the app and watch her even if I’m not at home. - Compact and easy to travel with - if you’re a family like ours who enjoys socialising and travelling, this camera is so compact to take anywhere and so easy to set up. In addition, the mobile app is so easy to use and subscription-free. The silicone is fantastic quality and super bendable, it also comes with a wall mount which is great for setting up somewhere high to get a whole-room view. It has a two-way talk, and plays music and white noise. You also have the option to keep it on your local Wifi network for extra security. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a baby monitor/camera. LOVE IT!
