As others have stated, mine came with the 2pin to 5pin cable instead of the one advertised. Pretty upsetting since I bought them for a Moab trip this weekend and now I have nothing to use.Update: Contacted Rugged the following Monday. They were extremely responsive and sent the new cords out the same day. Great customer service and the radios are awesome.

I have 2 alpha bass headset’s already but wanted a cheap spear, this one works great!

We switched to behind the head rugged head sets as I have a ton of hair and mostly where it up. Regular headsets slide back and forth all over my hair and I am constantly repositioning. The Velcro strap stays in place and doesn’t leave me with ratted hair or a headache - love them and they work great
