Make sure you insert the battery against that metal lining. 2. Push the battery against the metal part that sticks out so that the battery is flushed with the lining. Only then will the battery stay put. 3. Make sure the battery is aligned and does not pop up. 4. Slide the back cover on. If you have aligned the battery properly, the back should go on with ease.
