Tiny pills that actually taste like coconut. I started taking more and noticed a difference in my energy levels so I tried saving money by ordering another brand that said it was 11 cents per pill and this is 14 cents but this is actually cheaper and the pills are a third of the size because I didn’t notice the other brand lied and you have to take two to get the 10k IU so it’s really 22 cents. So this brand is actually cheaper, smaller pills, only have to take one to get the 10,000 IU.

My vitamin D levels were extremely low so I my doctor advised me to start supplementing. I just recently redid my blood test and my vitamin D levels were within range so definitely worked for me. It’s small, easy to swallow and does not have any aftertaste. Took a few months for my levels to get back to range.

I like the fact that it's a high dose amount with k2 , and it's a good quantity. 1 bottle will last 2 people around 4 months. It has a pleasant coconut smell from the oil and you only need to take one. Negatives (kinda): I took a blood test but I had previously not been taking it as diligently so it wasn't the best representation, but my levels were still slightly higher. Hard to see benefits as I have other health issues, but I think it's doing what it's supposed to. Once I get confirmation, it could easily be 5* Other Gripe is the price keeps going up, but it's still a good value at 250 softgels
