Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat Four-Notebook Set

This is the very best "cook book" I"ve ever had. It doesn't give you a ton of recipes but teaches you have to cook and make great meals WOW, WOW, WOW. Using her techniques I made the best turkey I've ever done. Chicken too, leg of lamb. Sooooo good. There is a Netflix series on it too that goes along with the book. It helps. I'm a much better cook now that I've been in my whole life

I bought this for a friend in Prague who is learning to cook. I am in UK. The item is not what I expected. Please give refund or credit so I can by a a better recipe/cook book. Thanks. Peter

Great little journals and comes with an accordion file for small recipe cards.I love the case they come in. Look great on cookbook shelf
