World Map Poster

Map is accurate and a great gift

We received the map a couple of days ago and it's now up on our dining nook wall. We took it to a local copy shop and they laminated it for us for a few bucks, so now it's likely to last us a good long time.I just spent some time looking over the recently changed areas of the world and I didn't catch any major flaws. All of the small countries that once made up Yugoslavia are represented, as are the Czech and Slovak Republics. All of the countries of the former USSR are there, Burma is labeled as Myanmar, and the countries in the horn of Africa are also up to date.I like the fact that major cities are represented, but that there aren't so many cities there that it's hard to see borders and coastlines. The colors of the countries are bold enough to easily tell them apart without a lot of squinting, and the 2'x3' size works well for the space we had in mind. We also like the flags and tidbits of info about each country that are printed in a swatch across the bottom of the map...you kind of need a magnifying lens for those, but, no matter. It's all good.5 stars!

The map is nice, but I feel like the country and city names are not as clear and easy to read as I hoped. Although the map size is 24x36, it feels like the size of the countries is small. I will keep it, and the price was right, but I think there may be better options out there.

Currently, I am a full time history student.I purchased this map to hang as a quick reference to next to mmy work desk.It is EXTREMELY helpful! The print quality is amazing! the detail is perfect. Major cities are listed but they are spaced extremely well as to not make the map look looked cluttered.The actual material of the print is great as well!This is a large print! I was happy to see the quality of it was well maintained.Would by again, and I have recommended it to friends.

The quality of this map is outstanding and so is the price. Got it for less than $6 and that included shipping! The map came rolled in a shipping tube and was in perfect condition. Looks great framed and the colors and details are just magnificent. I'm very pleased with this purchase. I love the flags of each country at the bottom and the circular images show the view of the countries/earth from the north and south pole. I couldn't be happier.

This is a beautiful map. It has all the right topographical and geographical information, and it is very easy to "read," without unnecessary clutter. The colors are really nice, and the reproduction is crisp and clear. I bought it for my cartological interest, but I am going to put it on the wall, it is such a lovely print!

Great maps! They have a nice very thin coated paper. It is not laminated, but a very nice finish. I sent these to my sponsored children in Africa and put stars on the places where I live and where they live. They were so nice that I recently ordered one for myself along with a map of Africa from the same company, so I can keep track of where everyone lives. Also there are flags of the countries on the bottom, a nice touch!

I'm so happy I found this map! It was very affordable and I only spend less than $5 including shipping and handling. Its not flimsy and doesn't wrinkle easily. It's great to look at every day. I keep it right next to my bed and its inspiring because it reminds me of where I'm going someday when I see all I've marked. The map isn't awkwardly large and not to small that I can't see the words. Its perfect. Definitely worth the money and wall space! :) x

Great map. I bought a poster wood frame and framed it, and it looks professional. Has great detail of each country. Exactly what I wanted.

Really good value and just the right size, bought a poster frame to put it in and it looks very expensive on the wall.

I glued this map onto cork board to make a pin board map and it turned out great!

The poster looks nice just as described in the reviews. The only thing I wish I had noticed (I couldn’t do a close up of the pics) is that it doesn’t list Canadian provinces which is why I was buying a new one so that was a bummer.
