Magic Sing MP30 Mobile Karaoke Microphone

I ordered this microphone as a gift for a friend, but unfortunately, the product arrived damaged. Since it was a gift, my friend didn’t open it immediately, and by the time we discovered the issue, the return window had closed. Now I’m stuck with a faulty product and no clear way to claim the warranty. If you’re considering this product, be sure to inspect it as soon as it arrives.

I’m very upset about the magic sing card, it was mentioned expired and I think this was already been used by somebody else and you need to pay it with the amount 3500 php for 1 year. After 1 Month the echo is not working anymore and when you sing you are like in the market . I want to return. I sent it for repair and for almost 13 days still not return. Hi seller, kindly return my items or return my money.

I just received the microphone and was disappointed because the Magic sing card was already scratched which means, seller have used up the magic sing card.

This product is so bad after 1 Month of purchased. The echo control is not working anymore and I send email to Amazon for repair or return but nothing happened until now. I will not recommend this product very bad.

How can I return the product please. It is broken. The sound is stattering when connected through bluetooth with any devices.

التحكم بمستوى وجهورية ونوع الصوت ممتازة المشكلة معي كانت في التشويش الذي يصدره المكروفون بداية التشغيل في التجربة الاولى كان الجهاز يصدر تشويش لبضع ثواني بعد التشغيل ثم ينقطع لكن في الجهاز الثاني كان التشويش مستمر طيلة فترة التشغيل
