I’m a barista at Starbucks so obviously I know how I like my coffee. For a while I was using an immersion blender to froth my milk for my morning cup of coffee but it just wasn’t doing what I wanted it to do. I finally bought this frothed and I’m so so happy with it!! It doesn’t need to be plugged in so it takes up way less space. It is a lot quieter than the blender, and I can use any size cup I want because the frother is so small. Not only can I heat up my milk for a hot coffee, but I can also use it just the same with cold milk for my iced coffee!! Highly recommend this product!!

We ordered this basic frother for my wife's powder-added drinks...and it worked great for almost one month. I emailed the company, and they immediately sent out another...the one rated higher power. Then, that one also got erratic on the thumb switch, so I emailed again...and they replaced that one as well! And they are on the east coast and I am on the west coast...and they would get here in priority mail speed. They apparently got a bad batch of the units but they do stand behind their products.I finally took out the two little phillips head screws on the battery compartment cover, and put a knife to the cover plate near the thumb switch, and popped it loose. It is very simple and I fixed the two previous units by replacing one of the contact springs with an old ball point pen spring which made a better contact and they all work fine now. Upon reassembly, you have to pop up the thumb piece by squeezing the retention clips with your fingernails or a knife; that enables the contact springs there to not get pushed out of place, and then just press down on the switch as a final step. I did not even have to put the two screws back in.So, I heartily recommend the frother, but buy the High powered one first since it does have a lot of spin to it. We use the original when the liquid is too close to the top of the cup or glass and don't want it to overflow.

The foamer worked OK, but when the batteries are correctly fitted the battery compartment will not close and you have to tape it up with gaffer tape or something similar. Not good engineering. And this is the trouble - every designer wants a new solution to opening the battery compartment and closing it again when the batteries have been changed/recharged. Result chaos.I liked the stand, something other stirrer/foamers do not supply.

Apologies for the poor video, but absolutely crap product. After my last one broke I thought spending more for a new one would be better but apparently not. As soon as it turns on the whole thing vibrates so vigorously and the end but doesn’t stay still and spins in circles, barely even does the job it’s supposed to. Returning after 1 use :(

Very pleased with the quality, feel and build quality of frother. Does a great job and given its powered by 2 x AA battery's, it produces amazing froth in no time. The manufacturers have really nailed this frother, motor is impressive, feel and handling excellent and cleaning is so simple.
