Easy to use, excellent results even after first use
I am a 51 year old petite woman that works out regularly but cellulite has become a problem on legs and abdomen after 3 kids. After using the cupping system here, I can see results even after the first use. You need to use them correctly to create the suction you need and can stand. I didn't want to be bruised, these cups are for me. I move them around the area so the blood doesn't collect. You will be bruised if you leave them in one area for too long.Excellent product materials and the right size for small hands.

Plastic too hard
Plastic is too hard to squeeze for the big one, only the small one could be used to hold to slide

I use these for knots
I'm not sure how a suction cup can help with cellulite, but these cups are decently handy for knots and some muscle fatigue.Cups were a bit stiff at first, but softened up fairly quickly. I did notice the suction quality did go down a bit, particularly in the small cups, as I broke them in. BUT they still provide a fair bit of suction.
