Q: Can I order this item over the phone ? What’s ur concatnos

What in the heck is concatnos? I do not know if it can be ordered over the phone.

Q: reviewers indicate a complicated assembly, yet the description says no assembly required (bait n switch?) what’s the truth?

It arrives lying flat in the box. So it needs to be unfolded and clips put in place to keep it together. Also, the lighbulb needs to be inserted. Not complicated; not what I would call "assembly" so much as "set up".

Q: What kind of light bulb does this fit? Mine arrived damaged so I have to buy a new bulb. Thanks!

Mine uses a standard candelabra base LED bulb.

Q: does the 30 inch moravian indoor/outdoor star have led lights and can they be replaced if burned out

it comes with an LED bulb, which should be replaceable - never had to do it. LEDs will last longer than you will.
