This is a fantastic yeast, it lasts a long time as long as you refrigerate after opening, it gives a good rise and blooms well. Definitely recommend for all bread makers.

Quality Instant yeast. I have baked several loaves of bread with this yeast and it never let's me down. Works great, fresh, taste and smells great. The bag is resealable. Definitely will be purchasing again when needed.

This is great year. I use it in my bread machine and get excellent results. Great value for the money and I store mine in the freezer so it stays fresh! I’ve purchased it many times and always satisfied.

Worked perfectly and made delicious bread.

Just baked one of my "standard" bread recipes, using the same amount of Scratch Gold yeast as I would Red Star or Fleischman's, and the rise is definitely inferior. Not impressed, won't buy again. Better to pay a little more and get a well-risen loaf, instead of putting in the work and other quality ingredients, only to result in a bread that is denser than it should be.
