It's only my second week trying this so I have low expectations as I'm new to supplements. So far so good, no side effects and has been helping a bit with sleep and my mood lately.

I have had trouble sleeping lately, due to a number of factors. I have tried 5-HTP before and noticed a change in dreams and feeling more rested. After taking this for about a week, I definitely observed that I was having more vivid dreams as well as remembering them (which almost never happens anymore). I also felt more rested than before.This does not help with falling asleep, but in my experience it helps to maintain more restful sleep, so when combined with melatonin, it can be very beneficial to your sleep cycle.

This supplement is good for people who have lower energy and feel a little depressed.

Shipped quickly, but it's hard to tell if they are effective. I can say it didn't hurt. No side effects.

You can't put a price on the quality of life I have now since taking this. Everything is better. You can't put a price on that. The value here is amazing. Stellar product. I take this along with alpha brain every day and I'm a machine now. I feel like I have my life back. If you're on the fence just do it. Seriously. I feel like a weight has been lifted and the dark cloud that was surrounding me is now gone. ✌️
