long lasting
Of all the brands I have tried so far this one seems to survive with out drying out. Most paint pen brands I have tried don't die of no paint, they die because the tips clog and dry. I have been trying out this brand for a couple weeks so far and have yet to have to throw away due to hardened dry paint clogging the tip. So far so good..

A Paint Marker That Doesn't Bleed
Need a small fine point paint marker for equipment maintenance tasks, one that would not smudge and would write clearly with definition. I would recommend the Markal Pro-Line Fine Tip Paint Marker for mechanics and equipment managers. The marker writes clearly with bold color and does not smear. I particularly was looking for a paint marker that could write neatly on small oil filters. It does great. Also paint markings so far last and don't fade in UV light.

Easy to use Paint Marker on multiple types of surface
The marker works well marking a number of different surfaces around the equipment barn.I keep these on hand all the time. You do need several colors for different color materials that you mark.
