I love these crunchy rice snacks. I started buying them at my grocery store but found that they were sold on Amazon. For a 40 calorie snack, these are actually pretty filling and have a pleasant subtle sweetness. I keep them at work to tide me over until the next meal. If you're just starting a diet, imposing portion control can be hard at first. I started pairing them with a more reasonable meal and I feel much fuller.

Omg, I have fallen in love with these. This is a great little snack that you can take anywhere. They are especially good when you dip them in peanut butter. You won't be sorry when you buy these!!! My grands LOVE these!

This Jayone snack is very, very good. I don't feel guilty when eating 1 or 2 little rolls in the evening while watching favorite shows on tv.
