Q: Does it support 100-240 voltage?

The Catalyst Waterproof Case for AirPods Pro is compatible with wireless charging. The case doesn't affect the voltage of the charger. If any questions arise, feel free to write our support team at cs@catalystcase.com

Q: What's the point of being waterproof if it's not sealed all the way around (big opening along the top)?

The case is designed with waterproof sealing ribs around the top section of the case that enables it to be completely sealed from water insertion while the rear section is protected by the sealing plug.
