Had a problem with Ikea hinges screws, the replacement of which were impossible to find in any local stores, The batch delivered with Besta TV stand and frames happened to be of bad quality and several screws broke. So placed an order with Ikea customer service and did not get them for 2 and a half weeks, so after finding out that they were coming from the Canada warehouse location and being sick and tired of waiting for nothing , decided to try the Amazon option, and they came with 1 day apart. It took Ikea almost 3 weeks to deliver the items, that Amazon managed to do in 3 days! I have to return the order to Amazon as no need any more, but still was curious, if they were the same as they were claimed to be. In my previous order the cam locks from Amazon did not match the Ikea ones though being the same outside and looking exactly the same, were of different size inside, for a different type of screws. SO opened the package, and it turned out the original Ikea hinges matched exactly the Besta set doors, including the glass ones of the frames. Had I known this earlier I would have saved myself time and frustration with terrible Ikea customer service and have just gone right away with Amazon. Though I had to return the order, I wanted to be fair and truthful and give the company the right credit: it is not only the same item, but also the same price:)
