Just read this book. It’s good.

Came recommended from TikTok, of all places.Bought for my friends bday and ended up reading cover to cover in one sitting, and sharing some essays with friends.Extremely powerful stuff, on very difficult subjects, but delivered in such a light hearted, uplifting way.These essays let you know you aren’t alone, but don’t dwell on the negatives. They let you know there is hope, but don’t insist that your life will be bad if you don’t find it. Basically, these essays don’t lie. They don’t tell you that you’ll never dream of death, of being skinnier, of being loved, but they do tell you that from experience, things DO get better. They help you feel comfortable with who and where you are. I can’t count the amount of people I’ve recommended this book to.
