Received these balls and they were exactly as advertised..... smaller and softer than typical LAX balls. I see a lot of negative reviews on here, but it says it right in the description. Got these for my son to practice throwing lacrosse balls at home. Easy to find with the neon colors and durable. I like how they bounce but are still soft enough to not be afraid of

I wasn't sure what to expect from a soft lacrosse ball. But I knew the density changes the effectiveness of triggerpoint therapy and some people can't handle too much. These balls area great density! They have a little squish to them but they hold up under the pressure of body weight, which makes them a perfect variation of a traditional lax ball for triggerpoint.

I do not play lacrosse but if you do be known that these are youth sized and therefore smaller than regular ones. I liked them most for their size and I got them to use for muscle therapy and they work great. I think this size may be better for that purpose, at least for small areas of the body like arms calves and feet. I put two in a tube sock and tied it off on either side. It feels great up against a wall with your spine in the little gap left between the two and it helps loosen up the muscles that attach into the spine.
