It helps a lot..
Used for Psoriasis beginner 1st stage... It's good as a supporting applicant to your main medicine, you need to use coal tar solution 20 or 16 % concentration then you are good to go.. It's not pure medicine or a cure but it helps a lot in soothing the skin reduce itchiness and inflammations caused by different skin problems.. Normally people under medication they should use such creams for skin mourturising and lotion to keep the skin wet all the time... Apply this at night before sleeping and take a shower next day. Keep using it daily if you can along with coal tar solution and good results are surly expected...

Worked great for me! So i thought it wasnt working at first but then one day i accidentallypeeled off a huge chunk of the dead skin it came off easily so i assume its the cream and then since i was able to apply it more closely to my skin it completely cleared up and hasnt come back since. I gave my sister the same advice to use for a week and see if you can take off the flakes and then reapply and she has had huge improvements in the past 2 weeks. It Smells bad and apparently if you read the reviews it does not work for some people but maybe the arent taking off dead skin to apply it closer and they also reported that it burns. For me it is the best thing I have ever used on my psoriasis. It does smell but it did not burn at all in fact my skin feels more moisturized so im kinda lost at how they said it burns. Maybe the way it affects you depends on skin type. But i applied twice a day with drastic improvements. Now i just put a small amount on my typical areas once a week. The only place it did not work was my scalp and thats only because this stuff is so greesy i couldnt use it on my scalp it left my hair too oily. It can also leave greese stains on your sheets. Regardless of the bad the pros definitely out weigh the cons and i love it!

I just assumed I would be stuck with these patches of dry, scaly skin for the rest of my life, forced to choose between never wearing short sleeves or constantly hearing, "Oh my god, what's wrong with your arms!" I've never been so happy to be wrong in all my life. I tried this on one small area first--if it went terribly wrong, I didn't want to worsen everything. In less than a couple of hours, I knew I had found some freakish sort of miracle. All the scaliness was gone. After two days of use (once, maybe twice a day), the raised skin was flat like the rest. By the end of the third day (still applying it only once or twice a day, letting it sit for a few hours, washing it off), most of the redness was gone or significantly faded. Today is the fourth day. PROS This stuff works FAST (see above). This stuff works MAGIC (see above). CONS: I smell like road construction. Even if it weren't messy (which it is -- it has a consistency like thick Vaseline), no way am I wearing this when I'm at work. So you gotta do it at night, but you can't do it before you go to sleep or it will get all over your bed. According to the National Psoriasis Foundation, tar CAN be occluded (covered up), so I could try to cut the toes off some tubesocks and go to sleep with it, but I won't since a couple of hours in the evening has done wonders so far. At the end of the third day, my skin felt a wee bit itchy (WEE bit...on a scale of 1-10 of bits, maybe a 1), but a little regular lotion made it feel instantly fine. This is barely worth mentioning, but there you go. I smell like road construction. I know I already said that, but I really do smell like road construction.

Okay, I don't normally write long reviews, but this product needs lots of explanation. When it first arrived the lid was completely off! There is no seal at the top of the jar to keep the product in, so it was a horrible mess that leaked through even the Amazon envelope onto other things in my shipment. Ugh, messy, greasy, smelly. I was pretty unhappy. I took pictures and was going to complain but my phone cable wouldn't upload the photos & I was busy so I thought "I'll get back to this later". I purchased this because of the reviews I'd read. I was suffering from a raging case of Psoriasis/Eczema? The itch was terrible and then the aftermath of satisfying the itch was just pain. Red, raw skin, I was miserable. So, I figured, what the hey, I'll try this stuff. I applied liberally, several times daily for a week. The first couple of days I didn't really notice an improvement, but nothing else was working either, so I just kept trying. Yeah, it smells bad - hey it's coal tar! After 3 days I noted that the rash itched less. By the 5th day I noted that the rash was receding. Today I can report that the rash is easily 80% gone. There is barely any itch left. I've tried tons of miracle cures, lotions and ointments. This is the first product that has really made an impact. It's worth the mess and smell!

The product works as intended, but as other reviews have said, it smells horrible - a bit like motor oil. If you have used coal tar products in the past then you won't be surprised. This ointment has helped to relieve my flare-ups near the back of my neck/back of my hairline, however, I wish there was a spray version of this to make application more easy. This stuff is really thick and greasy and was a mess when put into the roots of my hair. However, I find that this works much better than the same MG217 shampoo, which didn't seem to do much of anything.
