Love this soup!
First of all, I love glass noodles……I add just a bit of the salt/spices because the sodium is quite high at over 1700 mg……The sauce packet adds just enough of a spice kick. I would not mind if they added more veggies…….and some freeze-dried protein like chicken……I just did a reorder even though I have 4 left…..Too, I add more water than called for - good for adding water to my diet and fills me up more…..

Delicious Unique Flavor
Mama makes good soups in bowls. This bean thread soup comes with mung bead thread (cellophane or clear) noodles and three packts. One packet has freeze dried vegetables. A second packet has powdered seasoning. A third packet has an oily liquid. The soup takes four minutes to cook after you add boiling water. It is delicious! There is a lightness to the clear broth but with a kick of spice. The noodles cook perfectly. I love this soup.

Big flavor, little bowl
These little bowls have surprisingly decent flavor for a dried noodle bowl. I mean, they don’t compare to a fresh made Thai soup but if you like the lighter flavor of glass noodle soups, this is good. I like to add a little spice but they are flavorful and satisfying as is, even my little people like them! Very good.

Great taste, but very high in sodium
The taste was great, but it’s way too salty for me and I have to watch that, so as much as I liked it I’m going to have to pass. But if you don’t have issues with having to use less sodium, it’s really good.

Wrong item arrived this time!
The item that arrived wasn’t the same thing that I ordered,unfortunately. The noodles were wide rice noodles and the broth was different. While it was yummy I really prefer the bean thread noodles! Hopefully next time I order these it’ll work out! The ones shown in the picture are delicious!

Tasty, but bland other than black pepper
These are okay. Not my favorite brand of instant bean thread soup though. There are multiple packets, lots of black pepper, and they taste more processed than some other brands.

Very tasty
Loved this soup bowl. The broth was delish and the noodle texture was great! A buy again for sure.

It’s okay
This is not bad. Lots of sodium so I only use half the spice packet. It works for fast on the go meal. I d add cooked veggies to add a little more substance
