Lovely pressent for a friend came packed well glass seamed thin but has been used and works well and looks good

Lid broke in the second use.Got it for my mum as a gift and in the second use the lid dropped inside the tea cup and broke - it only fell like 3 cm so the material is not resistant. Also there is no secure close like in other teapots.Not usable anymore, I would like a replacement lid or to be able to send it back for refund.
