Disappointed
I ordered this bulk head fitting for my rain barrel. It arrived on time and seemed well made, though I immediately recognized it was too big. Like many past reviewers have stated, it was clearly not a 3/4 inch fitting. In fact, the one I received measured 1 1/4 inch, so it did not fit a garden hose like I needed. I will say Amazon was great with the return. Very easy process and my money was quickly refunded. If you’re looking for a fitting that fits a garden hose this is not for you.

¾ NPT inner, 1" NPT outer.
I used a garden hose adapter to make a rain barrel out of this.Worked!

Not compatible with 1"pvc
I am absolutely sick and tired of misrepresented overpriced garbage on amazon. Third time I've tried to order something and it isn't what I ordered. First of all the item received was clearly used. In addition the threads on the outer 1" diameter are fpt, not not, so it's basically useless unless you wa t to go hunt down some random PVC parts to use it with.

Not 3/4. Do not buy.
Wrong size. I purchased a brass bulkhead that measures Male 3/4" and that first perfectly a garden hose or garden hose cap. This bulkhead claims to be 3/4" but in reality it is more like 1-1/4". I cannot use a garden hose cap on it.

Not bad for the price
I broke the first one by over tightening. I wasn't really torquing it that hard. I was more careful with the next one. These seem to be a little more brittle then previous/ more expensive ones I have bought in the past. Next time I'll order the better ones.
