Very disappointing, neither battery holds charge for more than a few minutes - effectively useless. Lesson learned to buy a proper branded product.Also batteries not compatible with newer Xbox controllers that have the 3 smaller centrally located buttons.

The battery charge is not lasting as at the beginning after 1 month of usage. The product is a low quality one.

First full charge took close to 6 hrs but no heating issues as were shared by earlier buyers, no damage to controllers. I charged Both Controllers together to check the charging potential and limitations if any. After using the controller for few hours I still didn't feel the need for recharging battery pack...will continue to check for backup time and subsequent recharge times. Overall I'm confident about the product and can say that if you are looking for controller dock and charging then you can buy this without any second thoughts.I didn't get the free grips shown in the listing images that was also confirmed by others and I actually paid higher that what is the listing offers now but I'm still happy.
