I think these B vitamins are great, I notice my pee is very yellow after I take them so they have. A good concentration level.

This is very good. More energy,calmness,overall well being. Also,helping with balance issues due to possible B 12 depletion as a result of long-term Metformin and Prilosec usage. Which is common. Their Magnesium Glycinate is excellent also.

Not sure if the contents of the capsule is meant to be dry powder. Contents of capsules is wet. Expiry date is Nov 2023. Ordered on 12 May 2023.
