The Spirit of the Laws: The Plunder of Wealth in the Armenian Genocide (War and Genocide (21))

This is a very comprehensive analysis of laws pertaining to property confiscation in Turkey. It's typical of Akçam's work in its thoroughness, and it's far more objective than you might surmise from the title (or from some of the reviews of Akçam's work). I recommend it for its completeness - but you have to be interested in the topic to begin with, which is why I gave it four stars instead of five.
