I’m so happy with this Neewer LED Lighting Kit! The lights are bright, adjustable, and perfect for both photos and videos. I love that I can control the brightness and color temperature depending on the vibe I want. The stands are sturdy and easy to set up, and the carrying bags make it super convenient to travel with. I use them for my salon content and product photography, and the difference in lighting quality is huge everything looks so clean and professional now. Definitely a great buy for the price!

I am an editor working for a large corporate creative team. The latest project required some product footage using a motorized slider and a turntable. I am working remotely, with a studio set up in my basement. At first I was using 3 handheld adjustable LED lights and set up some shots. I quickly realized I needed more coverage with some degree of control over temp and exposure. I decided to purchase this set because I've used Neewer products in the past and have had good results. The set showed up the next day, carefully packaged. Set it all up and started shooting. The build quality totally exceeded what I was expecting. The lights themselves and barn doors feel sturdy & solid. The controls area is well laid out and intuitive, the knobs feel solid and adjust smoothly. I was able to quickly adjust the color temp to match the desired Kelvin temp I wanted. The are no markings or readouts for color temp, so you'll need a meter or an app to get it set. The color temp knob is continuous from warm to cool, no detents. Again, I was expecting everything to feel flimsy and I was really surprised at how pro these feel. Tripods are also sturdier than expected - I could lug these around and use them on location in a pinch. Each light unit comes with a padded carrying bag, but I wish there was a carry bag for the tripods as well. Overall I would recommend the set if you're not looking to spend pro dollars to get pro equipment. I've used many different light kits over the years, and I would stack this set against some that cost a lot more.

Whether you are a novice picture taker that just takes video of your family or a professional social media influencer, these lights are awesome. They come as a set of 2, but you can use just one if needed. Theses lights are pretty durable. I know that because I dropped the a few times and there was no signs of wear. They are able to be powered by a cord or battery, but batteries are not included. I was able to purchase some on Amazon at a reasonable price. The lights come with a carry case that can not only hold both lights, but the batteries, charger and a tripod as well. The light temperature, brightness and color can be adjusted. There are two switch settings on the light, I and II. I have no idea what the II setting does. When I set the light’s switch to that setting, nothing happens. The lights put off a lot of light and give my videos a very professional look. The light’s tripods are very secure and easy to use. There is no wobble with the tripod. It is very easy to adjust the height using the telescoping legs. The light assembly attaches very securely and stably to the tripod base. It takes me less than 4 minutes to set up each light

I had purchased a set of three small LED lights before I bought this one. The other three were OK but just not bright enough. So I bought this set from Neewer due to the fact that everything I bought from them in the past works very well. these lights are no different. Multicolor, Manny software modes about twice as bright as my other lights, but could still be brighter. I’m still having to set my ISO at about 500 to get the proper exposures. I would’ve given this a five star if it had been a little bit brighter and the downloaded software worked. I could not get these lights to connect with their app. So I still have to go to the lights to make any adjustments.Neewer, please fix your app so that I could use your lights more freely.

So I have owned this light for a month now. I also have the batteries for mobile use. The batteries will last a solid couple hours for the light. I have a YouTube channel that I make videos for in different locations and this light will store compact and set up on any location in minutes. This is all I need. I shoot in 10 bit dlog and add my lut in da Vinci resolve. I’ve noticed that this light is very consistent throughout the process and doesn’t shift at all. Constant light source for consistency. I would recommend this light to anyone inspiring to be a content creator, artist, or photography. I also use this light when I’m painting in my studio as part of my process for declaring consistent values. I work in several mediums and appreciate this lights consistency when casting the right light on my projects. Would also be great for product photo shoot. I also bought the grid shadow box for it to focus the light more and give me even more options for making content. The different light features is awesome too. I really think anyone who buys this light won’t be disappointed.

These lights are fantastic and an awesome value but it really does depend on what your needs are an how you plan to use them. They're slightly smaller than I thought they would be, but this was not a huge deal for me because I'm using them for a very small YT setup in an 11' x 11' room. They're plenty bright and the build quality is good, bordering on great for the money. The stands work just fine if you are going to use the included barn doors or a small soft box, but anything larger and you're going to need more substantial stands. In my particular case, I do not intend to move these often. I use 2 of these as my key and fill light then use a small COB light as a hair light. Totally perfect for my needs. As they are quite small, I could see these being a good choice for run and gun-type scenarios, too, and they come with nice (enough) bags to carry them in. I don't have a need right now to run these off battery power but it's nice to have as an option. Looking back, I really didn't need RGB but it's also nice to have the option. The app seems ok but I didn't get too deep into it. It's good to know that should I upgrade my lights in the future, these could still function as colored accent lights. Overall, a very good buy. If you really don't need RGB, consider the bi-color and save even more.

Excellent equipment, it has a lot of lighting power and the app helps a lot to create unique atmosphere to create content.
