I bought it to clean my car out, the crevice tool was just what I needed for the door pockets. The battery held up through the entire car, a 2006 Foird Taurus. My biggest complaint is the battery door doesn't fold back far enough to stay open or have plastic stubs on its hinge to hold it open which makes putting in and taking out the battery cumbersome, especially since I had a stroke and don't have use of both hands. I also broke some plastic where the hose sits on the case preventing it from securing down but that's a little more my fault for breaking it and only the maker's fault for having such thin plastic in that spot.

The main reasons I chose this one over the other brands were the compact size, onboard tool storage, ease of use and of course the cordless feature.The suction power wasn’t bad. I did like that the unit was fairly quiet for a shop vac. The battery life was as I expected... at best 15-20 mins on reg mode or 5-7 on “turbo”. I understand you can buy an extra battery to have on hand which can be good.I wasn’t crazy about the overall ease of use;the combination of an awkwardly short hose and the top heavy box made it keep falling over which got annoying.The onboard tool storage is INSIDE the box so not so handy while using but can be nice while storing.To empty the unit, you have to unsnap the two side latches which would be easy enough- but since the top 1/2 has the filter, the dust/dirt sticks to it while trying to empty the bottom.

I ordered and received the V20 wet/dry cordless shop vac and when it arrived, the battery wasn't in the box. Needless to say I really disappointed so I wrote to Evereze's customer service email address as instructed on the label attached to the vacuum which advertised a response within 24-hours. I was pleasantly surprised when yep they responded the very next day. I described the situation and the very next day their customer service responded again with the promise to send the battery pronto.A few days later, the battery arrived. Now I am using the v20 and so very happy with it. I am sure you will too if you order one. It performs just like the content of their product description, light weight, really good suction, and wonderful not to have to deal with a pluggable product. And like most of us who have to deal with a company's customer service department and getting frustrated over the lack of service, let me just say that this company breaks all the rules and really epitomizes what customer service should be. Perfect for your cars, which was the main reason I bought it. It also has a feature where you can reverse it and it will blow instead of using the suction. The only downfall is the battery life but I bought an additional stronger battery and it lasts double the time. My question is why not get rid of the battery that comes with it and replace it with the stronger one. I bet you’d have a solid 5 star rating if so.

Have used it many times without any issues, I find that even on the low setting it has good suction. Great for cleaning out the car. Could use a solid extension to go with the flexible one, like an 18" length. Charging woks well but it does take a few hours if battery is real low.

Works better than expected! Also bought two extra batteries, which were really cheap. Battery power is decent, but its best to buy a few extra if you're going to spend a lot of time using it. The hose could definitely be longer, so I'd suggest to get a crevice tool, which they also sell on amazon.

If you’re looking for a great vacuum cleaner that is lightweight and battery powered with the most fantastic suction this is the unit at work so great cleaning out my car and other items around the house don’t hesitate to buy this

Does a good job for what we bought it for. This is only lithium battery system that we have that does not have a smart charger, it is annoying to have to remember to unplug it once it is charged
