flimsy top which doesn't hold position, also started seeing rust on the chrome parts. Auto cutoff after boiling stopped working. it doesn't work the way it looks. should have tried better brands. Even no idea how to claim warranty as well

This is a basic kettle with reasonable make and material. Cost is a major differentiator. Glass is also an attractive and useful feature.If you want a specific handle colour (black/white) then make an order and email Amazon to send you the one you want. That worked for me.

One fine morning, it decided to retire early, perhaps dreaming of a beachside vacation somewhere far from boiling water.Clikon's response to my request for a warranty replacement? Crickets. Their silence was more deafening than my kettle’s sudden quietness. Despite the warranty proudly boasting a 2-year coverage, Clikon left me with an unresponsive kettle and a sense of betrayal.For shame, Clikon, for shame. You've turned my mornings into a tragic comedy of cold tea and unfulfilled promises.
