This is a beautiful, high quality ceiling fixture.The metal pieces look great (and feel solid/sturdy in hand). The frosted glass globes look great and came spotless (they give you white gloves for installing them/changing bulbs later).I have seen some comments about the glass being frail/thin. They are fabricated from lightweight glass, but they don't seem overly frail. It makes sense that they are lightweight, since you don't want a lot of weight: Excess weight in the globes adds stress on the fixture and also makes for harder bulb changes.Installation: The directions included (one small sheet of blurry pictures and little text) are not very good (the company will likely send you an instructional video if you email them). However, assembling and installing the fixture wasn't very difficult. It took me about an hour (I like to be careful with everything, from assembly to wiring).Regarding bulb size: While KCO sent me six led g9 bulbs, I had separately ordered (from another vendor on Amazon) some wifi/smart led g9 bulbs. I had to return those.The diameter of the wifi bulb was maybe 0.5 mm to large to fit into the glass globe (the globe opening is quite small). The globe opening does fit over the the bulbs they included (soft to neutral white I think, not wifi/smart, but provides nice bright but comfortable working light).So just as a heads up: If you want to use bulbs other than what KCO provides with the fixture, measure the ones they include and make sure any you order have no larger diameter than those included). I haven't tried to order any new ones, as for the time being I'm happy with the bulbs they sent me.One problem when I finished the installation: One of the six bulbs/globes wasn't lighting up no matter which bulb I used in that socket, and no matter how I clicked it in the socket. I tried six different bulbs in that socket.Okay...huge bummer. I emailed KCO lighting using the email address they provide in the packaging materials.***KCO responded to me within about 3 hours. They said they would send me a new arm/socket and that I didn't have to return anything to them. They also promptly answered all my follow-up questions (regarding what they would send me, how I would install the new arm, when to expect it (a little over a week), etc.). In particular, they sent me an instructional video on how to replace an arm/socket. The video was excellent and made installing the new arm/socket easy. I didn't need any specialized tools and I didn't have to take the fixture down from the ceiling.***So, I have to say, while it is a bummer to put work into assembling and installing only to flip the breaker on and see it not all light up, KCO has prompt and excellent customer service. They made it right, and did so quickly, and with no hassle, and they made it very easy to do, overall.I would definitely order from KCO again.And again, the light fixture is beautiful. It is beautiful off or on. I included some photos, but I would say it looks even better in person.

Very beautiful light, have it in a small bedroom. I was worried it would look cheap but it doesn’t at all. Looks like an expensive light, and puts off good light.

Beautiful addition to my dining room!

I love this fixture to kick up the look in my office/guest room! Would be awesome in any room. The only reason I dinged it a star was because the bulbs it comes with are too long (?) and they cause the little star pattern on the globe you can see in the pics. I think this is because the bulbs have LEDs on the end of the bulb. I will try and find others that do not cause this to happen. I did not have any assembly or install issues; seemed straightforward to me. Very happy with the purchase!

This is really a beautiful light. I did not expect it to be this nice — easy to install— exactly as described —very well-made, very pretty.It matches my Kohler gold fixtures really well, have it on a dimmer

I rarely write reviews, but installing a light can be tedious and stressful so you only want to do it once. I want to warn people about this as it may not be once. First, the instructions they sent were 4 pictures with no words of a light that did not look like mine. Then I had extra pieces that did not fit or go with my light. I was missing other pieces I needed to assemble the light. Rather than make a quick return, I tried to go buy the pieces I needed, but they are not all sold separately so that wasn't an option.This light was super cute and I really wanted it, but beware. This is not a quality product.

I normally don't write reviews, but the customer service from KCO really deserves one. I ordered this light fixture for my office and was really excited to get it installed. After installing the whole thing and turning the electricity back on, I was sad to see that one of the bulbs wasn't lighting up due to faulty wiring in the base.I emailed their customer service with a picture and explaining the problem. I wasn't expecting much, but they got back to me within hours, offering to send me a new base as a replacement. They were incredibly fast with all follow-up emails and even sent a tracking number for the replacement. The new base worked and I'm happy to say that the fixture is installed and looking great!

Love that it is UL/ ETL certified and at a great price. The gold is a beautiful Matte champagne gold. So not yellow brassy gold that is so hideous. This was a beautiful addition to my clients remodel in their kitchen and offers adequate lighting and updates the space so much
