This was a breeze to install and fit right in where my old deadbolt was. I needed this in case I forget to lock the door or when I go on walks. So far setup is easy and it secures safely.

Love this smart lock. The keys are very responsive. That was one of my main concern as my friend had another brand that was not responsive to touch on some days and he would stand in front of the door for several minutes trying to get it to work. This one is great so far and it even detected my kid’s tiny fingers.The installation is not too bad but you do want to read through the manual. There’s a hidden switch on the unit that you toggle based on the orientation of your door. It’s hidden behind the rubber seal (see photo). Be sure to set that before installing or you’ll install it twice like me.Speaking of rubber seal, it’s nice and thick. It cushions well against the door and I think it’ll be water resistant.The smart app is called TTLock. It works pretty well and I was able to add and configure the lock within a minute. I also love the fact you can easy add/delete key codes through the phone. There’s also a way to set temp passcode with duration. Awesome! Gotta love technology advancement sometime!

I really like the look of this lock. Upon opening shipping package, you are presented with the lock hardware, install template, and lock instructions. Installation is a breeze, as my previous deadbolt lined up with the install template, and I only needed to drill one hole, basically for a stabilizer bolt. Bluetooth setup is also quite simple. You download the app, pair it with the lock, and then setup the user accounts and passcode you want to use. In the event of a failure, manual keys are provided. I like the fact that you can have many users setup on the account, and in the event you lose your phone, you can redownload the app on new phone, log into account, and you are good to go. The lock also has another safety feature, with will auto lock in 20 seconds if nothing is entered, ensuring security. The unit also comes with a warranty, which you can extend for 3 more years, when you register on the website. This lock is awesome, has feature of much more expensive locks so I would definitely purchase again!

The media could not be loaded.  Perfect Indoor Smart Lock.I am using inside the Garage to access my House.I love the fact that it doesn’t communicate with Alexa so it can’t be remotely hacked.I love the fact that I don’t need a key to be working on the garage, front yard or courtyard knowing my Family is safe i side and I can go in at any time with my code.And most importantly my kids loved it and my Wife loved it and approved it. You can beat that for the price.

Solid, heavy. Works as advertised.A few minor nits (Mostly about the 3rd party app):Take up the manufacturer's suggestion about buying a left hand build - while possible to change the direction of the handle, it's a good deal of work to disassemble the outside lock to flip the handle. 14 screws and a number of removed parts later you can flip the handle and then piece everything back together. Not hard - just time consuming.Not sure why the app:1) doesn't show up for Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 devices. It has bluetooth and Wifi - no it isn't a phone, shouldn't matter. Yes, it's on a later version of Android than the minimum required version.2) Requires any registration if you are going to leave the locks in bluetooth only mode and not integrate with the G2 gateway (pairing up and establishing an admin account for the remote access is understandable). There is already a hard relationship between admin account (ie. device) and locks, don't need "somewhere else" being involved.3) Wants location information.

I will update if anything changes, but after a couple months it works perfectly. Has worked even in -25F temperatures. I also bought a gateway to use remotely, I haven't used that feature much yet, but has worked fine the couple times I tried it. This feature also depends on the quality of the gateway and internet connection, not just the lock. I did not have a deadbolt lock previously, so had to drill the holes for it, the included template made it pretty easy and luckily I already had the right size hole bore for my drill (2 1/8 in.)

This worked great at first and we were thrilled with this device. But then one night it started beeping. After a night of my dogs going crazy thinking someone was trying to get I tried to change the battery thinking that was the issue. But that didn't do anything. I turned of the beep sound from app but hasn't worked. Going to try to do a factory reset. If that doesn't work we are out the money since only covered for 90 days. I even tried to contact manufacturer but didn't get a response. I will update after reset.

Had some issues with the installation but figured it out. Pay special attention to the throw bar and make sure it's in the correct position - some how mine got flipped and would only work with the key. After sever removals and re-installs I flipped over the throw bar and it works great. So far loving the dead bolt lock - This one fit the old deadbolt hole - but still had to drill a 10mm hole to complete the mounting.The way my door is designed I needed a lock that was slim enough to fit the limited space without over flowing into the glass. This one fits perfectly.I purchased 2 - the second installed went without issues.Have a basement garage door that needs a new deadbot and will be ordering one for that.The blue tooth set up was easy - just follow the instructions.Has lots of recording features that I'll never use but it's cool they are available.

I was looking for a smart lock for my grandmom's house because her lock was so hard to open by her. The Keyless Entry Door Lock with Bluetooth is very important for her, I help her to set up. It is really easy to install it on her door and the app is easy for her to use. Keyless entry is so convenient. And it looks like a deadbolt from the inside. We love that we don’t have to carry keys around to lock or unlock the doors. Automatic lock the door is very useful for my grandmom too, sometimes she usually forgets. Highly recommended this smart lock.

I purchased the lock 5 months ago yesterday, the installation was very easy since all we had to do was remove the old lock and install the new one (It may not be this easy for you! this lock doesn’t fit the standard size lock hole, you may have to drill it out bigger just a warning) Everything was going great and we had no issues until almost 3 weeks later. The touch screen started acting wonky, especially after any rain. The touch screen would be unresponsive to the press of a finger, I had to grip and press hard for the touch screen to work and half the time it causes it to click different numbers, it was a very big pain in the butt for what felt like the longest time. Ultimately the thing that made us get rid of this lock is that it stopped working, we try to unlock the door it would make a clicking sound like it was trying but it wouldn’t and couldn’t. My guess is that the motor burnt out or something broke. (Yes if your wondering I did change the batteries. I consider myself to be a little tech savvy so I took it apart, troubleshooted for many possibilities… and still couldn’t figure it out lol) I hope this review helps your decision in buying a smart lock.

Update to my review:Seller/manufacturer reached out to me and assured me that the item is in fact waterproof. The instructions sent are just out of date. With this new information I can now recommend the item. Well constructed, quite sturdy and aesthetically pleasing.Original:Purchased this because it said it was waterproof. This is stated several times in the product listing but the instructions supplied with the item clearly state the opposite.This is very important for an outside door handle.See point #4 in the attached photo.

We have a smart lock already on our front door. Not only is it safer than a regular door lock. It also looks very appealing too :DRather than giving a key to someone, I can give someone a temporary "digital key" that will expire if I set it to. It's very neat all homeowners need these on all doors! We have kids, and well kids love stuff, they all have their digital keys now, I can see who opens the door and even the time. Having a smart lock and a good camera set outside my home adds better security to my home.I could see having a smart lock being handy for homes that are under construction, can set keys for people that again expire or even open the lock manually for when someone is at the door. And all done through an app, and in real-time! It's pretty cool!I needed to drill a small hole on my door, other than that is was straight forward removed the old lock and the new one fit right after it. There's a Philips screwdriver included in the box. The whole install took me 25 minutes (I am not a pro) luckily there are no wires, therefore I didn't have to call a locksmith. I made sure to watch the video on how to install correctly from the manufacturer I encourage you to watch it as it helped. For power what's needed is 4 AA batteries. And to change the batteries is a breeze as I made sure before I bought this.This lock isn't made from cheap plastic the front and back are made from zinc alloy. Will help withstand the elements and worst case a break-in.I knew right when I opened the box it was going to be a good item. They offer warranty quite happy with this smart lock. It's worth the peace and mind!

Bought a 2 pack of these locks and one died after a month of use, the motor inside just died and won't turn. Changed batteries and reset the lock, screen beeps and is touchable, still no mechanical operation to be had. I'm just hoping the one on my front door lasts longer.Great touch screen and easy app, just doesn't seem to be good mechanically...which is the important part.UPDATE!......After my review I was quickly contacted by the company and was offered a new lock, unfortunately like almost everything else in this pandemic world, they are out of stcok. The have issued me a refund. The service was super easy and quick and all done by email. We bought 2 lock pack and 1 out of 2 is working great, I would have easily taken another if they had one. Thank you for the good service
