The delivery came in three boxes, all of which were well packed. The chair was not too difficult to assemble, and only the installation onto the base really required two people. The padding is comfortable, the up-down mechanism is easy to operate, and the chair pivots with just the right amount of effort. Generally very satisfied.

Great chair, pretty easy to set up make sure to have a socket wrench or wrenches of different sizes handy. Hydraulic pump works well to lower and raise the chair. You have to manually recline it though in case that wasnt clear!

Please refrain from ordering this bed. My client fell off this bed because it tilted over. It’s not sturdy at all.

This was a great purchase for my business.. will get another in the future.

Multi purpose chair very sturdy and great for salon use

So I didn’t buy the bed from this company but it’s the exactly! The bed is not bad I do like the fact that it is 360 but the pump doesn’t really work and if you sit on the head of the bed it will flip the bed. Or if you have a heavier client and they elevate their legs for a waxing service 😅😥😢I had two occasions I had clients almost fell. I was so embarrassed! Now I make sure I have a sure to put my stool underneath the top of the bed.smh
