Case Club Customizable Polyethylene/Polyurethane/Convoluted Foam 24 x 18 Inches

Used this Polyethylene foam at 2inches to create a multi-tiered custom pelican case to hold my adjustable trailer hitch when not on the truck. This foam is dense - like a pool noodle and doesn't have a lot of give - perfect for my application. The best part is this Polyethylene appears to be compatible with most CO2 lasers. I used my old Epilog 24TT to create the tiered foam inserts for a Vault 200 Pelican case. Wasn't easy... as my 24TT lacks the power to punch thru the full 2 inches of foam. That said; I did get a passable result.Would buy again. YMMV.

Very well made, easy to cut and personalize with a regular box cutter.
