In short, this was exactly what I was looking for and I can finally finish my project without swapping out batteries. I had found a Panasonic camcorder that plays VHSC and is compatible with a A/V out kit that I use to convert to a digital format on my PC. However I could only use my existing A/C adaptor for recharging an old battery with about 10 minutes of charge. This cable perfectly fit the DC out and the camera DC in.
