Great Ripstop Fabric
This ripstop fabric is much heavier than the 40D found at craft stores like Joann Fabric and was so nice to sew with. Ripstop fabric is slick and can be hard to sew with, but the heavier fabric was a little easier to use do to the thickness. Just remember to use sewing clips and not pins, or holes will be left visible. I made a couple of construction level cases using this ripstop fabric on the interior with waterproof canvas for the exterior, and these turned out very professional. Excellent! I will definitely be purchasing this fabric again for other projects.
