Game changer
I do t normally write reviews but this needed one. I tried a disc but it was for me because I have a tilted cervix! I thought I would give the pixie cup a go and I’m so pleased that I did. I have a heavy flow and dread the time of the month. This cup was just what I needed. Easy to use and get the hang of and most of all no leakage. You don’t even know it’s there so more comfortable than disposable products. I will definitely be buying more.

Buy two or have a backup
I've had four kids but not let myself completely go to seed 😂 - found this easy to put in, and it stayed in place. It's not at all gross to take out if you, erm, practise normal hygiene, e.g. having a wash or shower after you put it in.Once The Wash is over with, it's not visible like a tampon so you can take your clothes off with someone even if you still can't do absolutely everything. Will you be self-conscious? Of course! That's probably a problem with humans in general and not with the cup, however.Honestly, it does a good job but on day one, for something like standing up giving a presentation at work or going to the beach, I'd use a backup just to feel more comfortable.Being paranoid about hygiene and TSS 🤢 I feel more comfortable changing it every four hours or so and making sure it's been well sterilised in boiling water before putting it back in. Other people probably feel the same, so unless you're a Microbe Druid you might want to consider you'll need a sterile second one or an alternative backup. You will need to make sure there's nobody in your house who is going to be offended by the sight of you sterilising this thing. On that one, it's your choice whether you get rid of the prude or the useful cup. 😂

Leaked for me
It's a lovely soft menstrual cup but it personally didn't form a good seal for me and leaked badly. I haven't had that with the other brand I use, so I suspect this one just wasn't right for me personally. It has a smaller lip around the top of the cup which made it a lot more comfortable to insert, but I think that's what allowed it to leak. Unfortunately you have to buy these things to try them which means mistakes are expensive, but I'd still say it's a good product even thought it didn't suit me.

Nice and soft
Easy to insert and removed, softer than my last one and very comfortable. Very happy with it.

Goodbye sanitary pads!
I have used other brand earlier, but was not happy as the fit was not good for me. However, I am extremely happy with Pixie Menstrual cup. It's easy to insert and remove and the size is absolutely right for me. I am so pleased that I decided to give it a try. No more going back to pads!
