Very useful! Highly recommend! I used it on my carpet and the water turned black (not grey, really black!!). I did wash this carpet by hands before, but the machine does way more better then I can do with the brush and shampoo. Also, before I was washing 1 carpet in 4 hours of scrub.... with the machine in 15 min and no hard work or hand pain... should have bought it 10 years ago))

Works well!
It does really deep cleaned my carpet! The dirt water became muddy after cleaning. That is years of dirt stuck on the carpet. The reason why I didnt gave 5 star is the cloth filter is missing from my box. I will appreciailte if you can send this to me.
