Burnt my Clothes
I had the same model iron before and when i bought, it burnt my shirt very next day but i thought that may be i made some mistake i tried to clean it with different methods found from internet but again it get black material on its plate. I liked the design and price is also reasonable and i found very good promo price so i thought may be i should bought new one but the same thing happened again it got same burnt plate problem very next day.Pros:1 - Beautiful Design2 - Light Weight3 - Steam Functionality4 - Plastic quality is very good5 - Electric cable is good qualityCons:1 - The heating plate have some problemFinal Words:I bought this iron two times and got problem with plate burnt.

Crack in water tank
I like personally Philips brand, but unfortunately after two weeks of use, found a crack on water container and slowly it seperated from main unit. retuned to amazon 3 weeks ago and no response so far. Please be cautious when you plan to buy the similar model.
