Bose Frames Alto - Audio Sunglasses With Open Ear Headphones, Bluetooth Connectivity, Black M/L

Bought this as a valentine gift and boy was it effective! Beautiful quality. I wonder how it's engineered but it's top class. The sound is beautiful and goes directly into the ear although can be heard softly by someone standing close. Slightly lose for a smaller face but doesn't fall off at all. A little concerned if it happens to fall of the hand or when I put it up on my head but let's see! Very happy with the purchase although it's expensive...but then it's a Bose!

Great product, good sound for calls and reasonable for songs (considering that there is no earpiece inside your ear) . I also changed the lenses.

Very interesting and smart glass, i got it as a gift for my GM and he liked it and he loved the sound quality. Would surely recommend it. I just wish the product is more user friendly.

It worked for 10 Months and then Bluetooth stopped working. Send for repair and got a replacement after 10 days.Tried to connect via Bluetooth today not connecting. Same Problem.Prodcut is only 13 Months old.Got it replaced 2nd time on June 12th, 2021.Yesterday 20-08-2021 Replacement also stoopped working.Sent a complaintbut yet to receive a reply even after 24 hours

I liked the product using for my online meetings but unfortunately it stopped working for reasons unknown also not getting charged .Requested for warranty repairs, still nobody contacted me for pickup , was supposed to be picked up yesterday.Hope they respond on my request, or else this is a waste of money08/03/23The item is picked up for repairs , one week now still no status update of repair.and no point of contact to enquire22/05/23Did not expect such inferior quality from Bose . it has stopped working again exactly the same way within a month . Just waste of Money , i will be happy if they refund me on this .

The product was working fine for about a year then the connector inside the frame broke out of the blue. Doesn't work anymore!

What I really liked about it is that no one suspected that It have as clear sound as its silent when people pass by.- I don't like that the no one offer an extra charging wire out in the market neither online . for its unique shape I fear to lose it
