Everything is good except that fingerprint scanner won't, I think it requires especial software or drive but I did not mange to get it.

The device is perfect. The main thing of the installation process is too long. But the help line staff supporting a lot to download the software and done the installation to work the device perfectly. I appreciating the staffs, having good knowledge & good communication skills. Keep it up.
