The stupid thing is NO GOOD! Wear it in the pool, next thing you know water is gushing into my ears and hair got all wet! Now I bought a TYR swim cap for my son and it is GREAT! Also, in regard to the goggle, you better off buying ZLeader. I borrowed a ZLeader goggle from the staff of the pool I go to and I was actually amazing that it actually did not fogged up!In conclusion, no, I will recommend buying this stupid crap ever!!

The googles and plugs are fine but the first time I tried to use the cap it ripped. Very poor quality.

The swimming cap fits very snug but was perfectly sized for me. I read reviews of previous customers having complications with the size of the cap but mine fit very well. The tight fit was important to prevent water from entering.They passed the first test - I put on the goggles / cap and went out front to give them a whirl! I had my roommate turn the hose on with a high pressure nozzle and completely spray my head and face. Not a drop of water entered my ears. Its tough to believe any cap would completely prevent water from entering but they made it past my first test.The Goggles are adjustable in size and the nose piece is also adjustable. My first impression with the goggles was great.I used all the pieces and they fit very well.

Cap tore off in the middle after 2nd use.
